Fish Fry-Day at Market 707
On Friday, June 14th, we teamed up with Market 707, an amazing Toronto food incubator, for their Flavours of the City Series, Fish Fry-Day. We brought in a series of delicious pop-ups to tie in with the fish themed night and the yearly Gone Fishin’ event being held at the Scadding Court Community Centre.
What ensued was the splashiest event of the year. Take a look:

We all love our food trucks. We were honoured to have Fidel Gastro’s food truck, Priscilla, at the event. Ole!

Most of pop-up food vendors that joined us for Fish Fry-Day, including The Happy Hooker, Red Fish, and John & Sons Oyster House are members. You must check out the great work that they do, and, support the restaurants and food vendors that participate in this program, as, sustainable fishing is a food cause that we should all get behind.
